I began working professionally with words; I have been a member of the Italian Order of Journalists since 1989.

Since 2011Consulting and training
I work with companies and professionals on communication, relationships, organizations and soft skills, in Italian and English.
The books are an extension of that work.
They grow out of journalism, classrooms, consulting projects and thousands of professional texts written over the years. Some are practical guides, some are essays, some are stories; all try to make visible what we often experience without stopping to examine it.
I was born in Rome and live in Lombardy. I still believe in communication and human relationships. And I keep trying, despite my mistakes.
